Terms and Conditions
General
This is a legally binding contract between the property owner, Cove Valley Limited and the holidaymaker. The property owner is also referred to as "we" and "us".
The holidaymaker is the person who signs the booking form or, in the case of online booking, the person who makes the online payment. This person is responsible for ensuring all members of the holiday party accept and adhere to these terms and conditions. The holidaymaker is also referred to as "you".
The terms apply to all three properties at Cove Down Farm, Cove, Tiverton, Devon, EX167RU, United Kingdom.

The automated email does not form a contract between you and Cove Valley cabins. Any issues must always be notified by email or telephone within 7 days following the receipt of the booking confirmation or before the start of your stay if that occurs within 7 days.
Payments
Bookings made online can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Payments can also be made over the phone by calling our office.
A 30% deposit is required for bookings over 35 days away, and the balance will be automatically collected 35 days before arrival. For bookings less than 35 days away, the payment will need to be made in full.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking or cancel any bookings subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on our behalf.
We cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the provision of the holiday is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances that amount to “force majeure”. Date changes
Where possible, we will try to help you change the date of your booking if you can no longer make it, however this is entirely at the discretion of our Customer Support team and if they cannot make a change, then the standard cancellation policy will apply. All date changes must be requested more than 4 weeks in advance of the original booking, otherwise standard cancellation policy will apply.
